• Rendering advise and representing a client in court on a demurrage claim dispute involving the vessel MV SUKRET
• Representing cargo interests in the berthing of MV GLADIATOR
• Negotiating the structure of a Marine Insurance policy for a multinational logistics firm
• Advising vendors of cargo tracking technology on the legal aspects of the use of the technology
• Advising a client on the impact of US customs regulations on a multi-million logistics sub-contract for central and the east African region
• Advising a client on contractual subtleties on the transportation by road of crude oil from an oil exploration field in the hinterland of Kenya to the port of Mombasa
• Advising a government agency on seafarers rights for unpaid wages on a foreign flagged vessel and the means of recovery of those wages through arrest of the vessel in Madagascar.
