- Advising a local real estate company on their obligations in a syndicated loan granted by a local commercial bank and two other financial institutions for the development of their maiden real estate project in Runda worth One Hundred and Sixty Million Dollars.
- Acted for a local real estate company in the financing, development and sale of one hundred and fifty executive residential units in Runda worth One Hundred and Sixty Million Dollars.
