GVA maintains a strong connection between their higher purpose and their business through understanding the importance of women’s contribution not only to the business but also to the society. GVA values diversity, inclusion and has led the way when it comes to attracting and retaining female talent within its progressive workforce around the country.
The ladies at GVA in all the branches dressed up in purple, had their makeup on, wore their dancing shoes and picked their clutches ready for a date. They went to a first-class hotel and had a chance to share a scrumptious meal together. This was a boundless platform for the ladies to talk and come up with ideas on how to empower each other.
