Nelius Wairimu would have been a doctor but for her dislike of biology. She is an associate in the Commercial and Conveyancing department of the GVA office in Mombasa. Her practice areas are Corporate and Commercial law, Banking and Finance and Property and Real Estate.
Highlights
- Acted for seven commercial banks in Kenya in preparing and perfecting their security documentation. She has drawn security documents such as charges, debentures, mortgages and guarantees of varying amounts.
- Acted for clients ranging from individuals and corporate persons to property developers in transactions involving the sale, purchase and extension of leasehold terms and sub-division of properties.
- Acted for a major human resource management firm in Kenya in the drawing and reviewing of the firm’s contracts with various parties.

She has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a diploma from the Kenya school of Law. She is a registered Certified Public Secretary and a CPA finalist. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Relations at the Kenyatta University.
