The Retirement Benefits Mortgage Loans (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (hereinafter the “Amendment Regulations”) were signed into law on the 14th of September 2020 by the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Planning and published by way of Legal Notice Number 192. The Amendment Regulations have introduced a raft of changes to the existing regulations.
