PPPs & Pension Funds: A Budding Alliance

The introduction of the Public Private Partnership Act 2021 has brought with it a raft of changes with perhaps one of the most welcomed being the ability of County governments to enter into PPP agreements with private entities. The Act presents a new dawn for county PPP projects as devolved units will now play a bigger role in policy formulation as well as identification, development and implementation of PPPs.
